Silencing Dissent

The act of government silencing dissent has long been held as unconstitutional, especially when it comes to public forums.
But some officials believe that social media is not covered under this concept.  We disagree and the courts disagree.

We see this at the project a lot because we choose to dissent very publicly via social media.  We see a lot of deleted posts and banned users.  In fact we wrote a couple posts about it here and here.
